This week I lost 2.2 lbs for a total loss of 11.6 lbs since January 1st. My mini goal of reaching 270 by my birthday weigh on on 3/12 is within reach. Just 4.4 lbs left to go to hit that mark!
I'm still struggling to fully accept that my HRM is working correctly because it seems to show a much higher burn for most activities than I would expect. It's always quite a bit higher than any online calculators that use your weight and such to calculate calories burned.
I usually subtract my BMR calories from the HRM number and round it down anyway. Don't want to have inflated numbers.
