Gained 1 pound, probably from all the fast food we ate this weekend while out doing errands. Feeling crappy cause my legs are really hurting and it's often difficult to get up and walk around. Hoping this honey/cinnamon regimen will help some. I really need to get back into my workout routine ASAP!
