I lost 3.1 lbs this week! I'm so happy with that. I didn't work out very well but I tried to clean up my food. Had a couple meals where we ate pizza but was good the rest of the week I think. Hopefully, I can keep this up and finally get my workouts started again. I'm hoping to walk today at lunch (if it's not too cold).
