So, the mom failed to follow the rules when erecting a headstone for her son. Another person brought it to the attention of the cemetery, yet they are being portrayed as the bad guys for "complaining".
Maybe people should learn to follow the rules and then they won't be inconvenienced by having to do things over the right way.
